Job Description (Total Position: 4)

Responsibilities

  • To answer incoming calls and respond to customers
  • To lodge customer complaints in CRM
  • To resolve customer complaints on call (FCR)
  • To get required training on products and complaints resolution
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • To provide products and services information to customers
  • To arrange all required information using available resources
  • To follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Provide information on the company’s products or services and generate interest in the offer
  • To collaborate with team members to better perform required duties
  • To make relevant notes from customer interactions
  • To report on customer feedback 
  • To follow-up on customer calls 
  • To conduct customer satisfaction survey
  • To Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • To perform other relevant duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a reputed call centre environment
  • Minimum Qualification – Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills (MS Office)
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
