Job Description (Total Position: 1)

CSR will be responsible for :


  1. Providing support to potential/existing customers over phone.
  2. Handling different types of customers.
  3. Providing chat support over live chat.



CSR should have :



  1. Minimum 2 years of experience of handling American clients.
  2. Call Center experience is must.
  3. Should have excellent communications skills (writing and speaking). US Accent.
  4. Fast Learner, self-directed and string decision making skills.
