CSR will be responsible for :
- Providing support to potential/existing customers over phone.
- Handling different types of customers.
- Providing chat support over live chat.
CSR should have :
- Minimum 2 years of experience of handling American clients.
- Call Center experience is must.
- Should have excellent communications skills (writing and speaking). US Accent.
- Fast Learner, self-directed and string decision making skills.
